Returns & Exchanges

At nanamica NEW YORK, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar secure carton, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
